Daylight-type LED lighting unit with two PL 40D soft lights, each 40 watts, for even and soft illumination. Dimmable. Vertical arms with 20 x 20 mm (0.8 x 0.8 in.) cross section and strong cast aluminum clamp bases.

Excellent lighting quality due to 200 selected LEDs in each light. 5600 Kelvin color temperature (daylight / neutral color rendering), high color rendition index (CRI) of 95. Flicker-free light, free of infrared and UV content.

Specially textured diffuser screens (28 x 20 cm / 11 x 7.9 in.) scatter and direct the emitted light and thus provide for a soft illumination and high illuminance.

Brightness can be continuously dimmed between 0 and 100 %. Lights can be controlled individually.

Light housings made of high-quality plastic, tiltable and adjustable in height along the vertical arms.

Vertical arms with height markings, tiltable in detent joints. For re-producible settings.

Strong cast aluminum clamp bases for mounting, clamp width up to 48 mm (1.9 in.).

Cable holders for attaching the mains leads along the vertical arms.

Different angle guides for mounting the lights to the vertical arms: Short version, for use in conjunction with base boards with a depth of 50 cm (19.7 in.); long version, for use in conjunction with base boards with a depth of 55 to 60 cm (21.7 x 23.6 in.).

PL 40D lights can also be used as desktop or studio lights on suitable stands and fixtures with 16 mm (5/8") standard spigot / baby pin.
